The City Council meets the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.

The City Council is comprised of five elected officials, including the Mayor. Together as a body, they legislate policy and govern the issues related to the City of Wadena.
The Mayor is the presiding officer of the Council with a two-year term. All other Council Member terms are four-years, with elections each even year.
Each Council Member sits on one or more of the City's advisory boards and committees.
