The City Administration office is responsible for the overall operation of all of the City departments, financial overview, human relations, City council activities, and all City services and facilities.
Located at 222 2nd Street SE, the City Administration Building is where you can discuss City related issues, pay your utility bill, Apply for new electric, water, & sewer services, obtain various licenses and permits including; Liquor, Beer, Tobacco, Massage and Solicitors license as well as Building Moving Permit.
